‘Cars & Trucks’ was the top spot category on radio during the month of June 2023, according to AirCheck data.
Skoda, Ram Trucks and Jeep were the top brands in the category. KIIS 97.3 in Brisbane aired the most spots with 1,432 instances, while Sydney was the top market overall.
Car & truck dealerships was next with 27,701 total instances recorded across all monitored markets. Central Coast MG topped the list, followed by Newcastle exclusive, Cessnock Mitsubishi.
‘Religious, Charitable & Humanitarian’ brands aired on 61 monitored stations, the most of any category in the Top 10. Perth’s 6PR aired over one thousand spots in this category, led by National Bowel Cancer Screening Program with 206 instances.
